Meeks Bay Resort is operated by the local Washoe tribe on USFS land.
The resort offers 23 RV sites with hookups and 14 tent sites. Some sites are close to Highway 89 and all sites are just a short walk to the beach. There is one campground store and restaurant, the beachside Wa She Shu Grille. Meeks Bay Resort is along Meeks Creek, across from Meeks Bay Campground.
Reservations must be made in advance online. Tent sites are $20 during the shoulder season and $30 during peak summer season. RV sites are $30 during the shoulder season and $50 during the peak summer season. A two-night minimum stay is required.
Pets are not allowed on resort property.
Tahoe City is 20 minutes north and South Lake Tahoe is 30 minutes south.
